I am Leiden at night, and tonight the power keeps going out. A place goes dark — a mosque, a museum, a church, a market — and you find it on the map, open its fuse box and carry four wires to the sockets of their own colour. The light comes back, and the place flies into your collection, where it tells you who it is. A night is ninety seconds, every dark place gives you twelve, and the night ends with how many lights you brought back. The places are City in Motion's thirty-eight standpoints, and every one stands exactly where the collection puts it.
